Cultivate inner strength and integrity, focus and balance, igniting the inner flame of life and purification.
The fire element (Agni) in Yoga is associated with the abdominal area, vitality, self-confidence, focus and luminosity of the whole being in general . According to Yoga and Ayurveda keeping good physical and mental health depends on keeping the flame of the inner fire alive and balanced.
In this workshop will explore some core focused Vinyasa sequences, traditional Hatha Yoga poses, breath-work (pranayama), meditation and chanting that will allow us to connect and activate the healing and nourishing radiance of that inner flame.
Mixed open class though not suitable for absolute beginners or pregnant students.
