Jala Prana Vinyasa with Live music & Sound Bath
Saturday April 28th 7-9.30 pm
This very special session will integrate Jala (water element) slow Vinyasa with restorative postures and pranayama to unwind, refresh, regenerate and connect with the fluid intelligence of the body. The practice will be accompanied by live music (using Raga with bansuri, guitar and voice) followed by a Sound Journey meditation.
This is the 8th workshop of a project combining Noemi’s years of study and practice ‘Prana Vinyasa Flow’ (Shiva Rea) within Krishnamacharya’s linage, and Yan’s music, sound journeys and Kirtan. Previous workshops have been very successful and very inspiring for us so we hope to continue to grow and evolve.
Yan blends acoustic instruments, loops and Indian classical music, weaving a rich sonic world conducive to deep relaxation and healing.
A beautiful opportunity to experience this unique fusion, recharge your batteries and nourish yourself on a Saturday evening.
Open for all levels.
Mats, props and blankets will be provided.
Location: The lovely brand new studio MoreYoga Harringay Studio.
6a High Rd, Unit 2 N22 6BX
Previous workshops sold out quickly, so please book your place soon
